Refund & COD Policy
At ShopScorch, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, dependable, and satisfying. While we work hard to deliver products in excellent condition, we understand that issues may arise. Our 7-Day Refund and COD Policy is designed to protect your interests and provide a fair resolution.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered in the following situations:
If the product you receive is damaged during shipping or upon delivery.
If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
If the product is faulty or not functioning as it should.
To qualify for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include original packaging, tags, and invoice. You are required to submit clear pictures or videos showing the product issue (damage, defect, or wrong item) to our support team.
Refund Process
Initiating a Request
Customers should contact us at shopscorch@gmail.com or call us at +91 75991 59160 within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide your order number, registered contact details, and proof of the issue (images/videos).
Review and Verification
Our customer support team will examine the evidence provided and confirm whether you qualify for a refund. You may be requested to return the product to our warehouse for further inspection.
Refund Method
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through a bank transfer or UPI using the details you provide.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD orders are eligible for refund or replacement if the delivered product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. You must inform us about the issue within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a COD refund. Refunds for COD orders will not be issued in cash, but will be sent through a secure digital transfer to the bank or UPI account you provide.
Exclusions
Refunds or COD claims do not apply in the following cases:
Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.
Products returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.
Issues caused by customer misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
Minor differences in color, design, or size due to digital display variations or standard manufacturing tolerances.
Situations where customers refuse delivery without a valid reason under this policy.
