7-Day Return & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At ShopScorch, we are committed to providing our customers with a reliable, safe, and satisfactory shopping experience. While we take every measure to ensure that products are delivered in excellent condition, we recognize that issues may arise. Our 7-Day Return and COD Policy is designed to address situations where the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the ordered item, thereby safeguarding our customers’ interests.


Eligibility for Returns and COD Claims

A product will be eligible for return or replacement if the product is damaged during shipping or upon delivery, if the product received is different from the item ordered, or if the product is faulty, defective, or not functioning as described.

To qualify for a return or COD claim, the customer must notify ShopScorch within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, labels, tags, and invoices. The customer is required to provide clear photographs or videos showing the damage, defect, or discrepancy for verification purposes.


Return Process

Initiating a Request
Customers should contact our support team via email at shopscorch@gmail.com or phone at +91 75991 59160 within 7 days of delivery. The request should include the order number, registered contact details, and proof of the issue (images or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

Review and Verification
Upon receiving the request, our customer support team will review the submitted evidence to determine eligibility. In some cases, the customer may be asked to return the product to our designated warehouse for further inspection.

Processing the Refund or Replacement
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed through a bank transfer or UPI payment using the details provided by the customer. If a replacement is requested, the new product will be dispatched after confirmation that the returned item meets the return criteria.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For COD orders, refunds or replacements are eligible if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery to qualify. Refunds for COD orders will not be issued in cash and will be processed through a secure digital transfer, such as bank transfer or UPI, to the account details provided by the customer.


Conditions and Exclusions

Refunds or COD claims do not apply if the request is made after 7 days from the delivery date. Products returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories are not eligible. Claims are also invalid if the damage is caused by customer misuse, mishandling, or improper installation. Minor differences in color, design, or size caused by digital display variations or standard manufacturing tolerances are excluded. Customers refusing delivery without a valid reason are also not eligible under this policy.
