- ShopScorch is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, or clearance items may be non-returnable.
