All orders placed on ShopScorch are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the purchase date. Once we confirm an order and verify the payment, our team prepares the items for shipping. We check all products for quality, package them properly, and label them accurately before dispatch.
Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Customers will get a confirmation email or SMS once the order is successfully processed and shipped.

We partner with reliable courier and logistics providers to deliver products across India. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, product availability, and logistics conditions.
Standard Shipping: Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the dispatch date.
Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, customers can select an express shipping option at checkout, if available. Express deliveries usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days.
Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to remote locations, natural events, public holidays, or disruptions in courier service.
Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
